This is the current issue of the Canterbury Realtor Book which is created every Thursday.
Below are some instructions on how to navigate this site, enjoy your viewing.

You can browse through the book by selecting the  and  buttons. |
Tab Browsing
If you select one of the Tabs at the top of the website, for example "Residential", you will be taken to an Index which lists the suburbs that appear in this edition. Either select the Next button to start at the beginning or click on the suburb you are interested in and you will be taken to that section.

Page by Page Browsing
In the "2 Page View", "Full Page View" and "Advert View", you can browse through the book by selecting the Previous and Next Buttons.

This is a 2 page view for a quick scan of current properties.

This is a 1 page at a time view. Here you will need to scroll down to see the entire page. |

This will show you every property individually. You may add or remove properties to your "Favourites" whilst in this view. |
Browse by Searching
When you select the "Search" Tab, you will be taken a page that has all the current edition suburbs and options in it. Select the ones that you wish and then hit the big red Search Button at the end. You may need to scroll down to see all the options.

These buttons will light up when you can add or remove a property to your Favourites. To view your list, click on the "View Favourites" Tab at the top of the screen. Please note, at this time, your list will only be kept for the time of your current session, a Members Log In will be coming soon. |
